- Accumulator
- A bet that combines multiple selections into one wager, with all selections needing to win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap given to teams in a match to level the playing field, often using fractional or whole numbers that reduce the chance of a draw.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money you have set aside for placing bets.
- Bet Builder
- A feature that lets you combine different markets from a single match into one custom bet.
- Betting Exchange
- A platform where bettors can back and lay outcomes against each other, acting like a marketplace instead of a traditional bookmaker.
- Cash Out
- An option to settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or cutting a loss.
- Chasing Losses
- The risky habit of increasing bet sizes after a loss in an attempt to recover previous losses.
- Cover
- To win a bet by a margin larger than the handicap or line set by the bookmaker.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes of a match, such as win or draw, in a single wager.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that gives your stake back if the match ends in a draw, leaving only win or lose outcomes.
- Each Way
- A two‑part bet where you back a team to win and also place a smaller stake on them finishing in a top spot, usually for a place finish.
- Handicap
- A points or goals adjustment applied to a team to create a more balanced betting opportunity.
- In-Play Betting
- Placing bets on a match while it is already in progress, with odds that change as the game unfolds.
- KYC
- Know Your Customer; the process of verifying a bettor’s identity to comply with legal and security regulations.
- Market
- The collection of betting options available for a particular event, such as match winner or total goals.
- Odds
- The number that shows how likely an outcome is and how much you can win relative to your stake.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a specific statistic, such as total goals, will be higher or lower than a set number.
- Parlay

- Push
- A result where the bet is refunded because the outcome exactly matches the line or spread.

- A bet where the odds appear higher than the true likelihood of the outcome, giving a positive expected value.
- Void
